New chocolate twists on your favorite Kahlúa cocktails

Chocolate Hazelnut Espresso Martini
Ingredients
25ml vodka (try Absolut!)
25ml espresso
15ml sugar syrup (1 tbsp)
A nearly empty jar of chocolate hazelnut spread
Leftover chocolate Easter egg (garnish)
How to mix
- Fill a nearly empty jar of chocolate hazelnut spread with ice cubes (or add a tablespoon of chocolate hazelnut spread to a shaker, if the jar isn’t nearly empty).
- Add in the Kahlúa, vodka and espresso.
- Shake hard for 15 – 20 seconds to build up that foam!
- Pour into a martini glass (don’t forget the foam).
- Garnish with leftover Easter egg shavings.

Ingredients
25ml crème de cacao
25ml vodka (Absolut is good!)
25ml espresso
Leftover chocolate Easter eggs (garnish)
How to mix
- Fill a shaker (or any vessel with a lid) with ice cubes.
- Add the Kahlúa, crème de cacao, vodka and espresso.
- Shake hard for 15 – 20 seconds to build up that foam.
- Pour into a chilled coupe glass (don’t forget the foam!).
- Garnish with leftover grated Easter egg or dark chocolate.

Ingredients
25ml vodka (Absolut!)
25ml double cream
25ml espresso
White chocolate squares
How to mix
1. Melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie with cream.
2. Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes.
3. Add the Kahlúa, vodka and espresso.
4. Carefully pour the melted mix on top and stir gently.
