Halloween may be the start of sweater season but a Day of the Dead party is all about cool and delicious. Serve this easy to make twist on the classic gin and tonic for a light party drink with a refreshing coffee taste.
How to make
- 1 Part Kahlúa
- 1 Part Tequila
- Top up with Tonic
A little bit of layering here but nothing tricky. Fill a long drink glass with ice and pour in the Kahlúa, then tequila. Pour the liquid gently over the ice cubes or the back of a spoon to get the layers – then top up with tonic and a wedge of lemon.
