INGREDIENTS
1/2 Cup Butter, Softened
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
2 1/3 Cups Sifted All-Purpose Flour
1 Cup Mashed Ripe Bananas (About 2 Medium)
2/3 Cup Kahlúa
4 Large Eggs
1/4 Cup Milk
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
3/4 Cup Flaked Coconut
3/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts
125 G Butter, Softened
50 G Brown Sugar
100 G Granulated Sugar
300 G Sifted All-Purpose Flour
1 CUP Mashed Ripe Bananas (About 2 Medium)
150 ML Kahlúa
4 Large Eggs
60 ML Milk
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
75 G Flaked Cocounut
90 G Chopped Walnuts
HOW TO MAKE
Ensure a bread pan is well greased.
Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.
Cream: mix butter and sugar until a fluffy cream forms.
Beat in flour, 1/2 cup/60g at a time, with remaining ingredients except coconut and nuts.
Beat until mixture is well blended.
Stir in coconut and nuts.
Pour into greased pan.
Bake for 40 to 50min, or until golden brown.
Remove from oven, let it stand for 10min.
Invert on cake rack, remove pan.
When fully cooled, dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
