INGREDIENTS
30 ml Kahlúa coffee liqueur
30 ml vodka (try Absolut!)
30 ml Irish cream liqueur
6 teaspoons white caster sugar (superfine sugar)
300 ml heavy or double cream
Popsicle molds

HOW TO MAKE
Serves six people
Pour all the ingredients into a jug with a spout.
Stir until everything is properly mixed through.
Carefully pour the creamy mixture into your popsicle molds.
Freeze for one hour before carefully pushing a popsicle stick into each mold.
Leave them to freeze overnight (or until solid).
Once frozen, gently warm the outsides of the molds by running them under lukewarm water, before slipping the popsicles out.
Serve, enjoy and watch out for brain freeze…!
Tip: If you can’t find caster sugar, granulated sugar makes a great substitute.
