0.5 parts Simple Syrup
1 part Egg White
1 Wedge Lemon

1 oz Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Simple Syrup

HOW TO MAKE
- Pour the Kahlúa coffee liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white into a shaker.
- Shake together for at least 10 seconds.
- Add ice to the mix and shake again.
- Strain into an old fashioned glass. Or a martini glass, if you’re feeling extra fancy.
- Garnish with a lemon wedge.
