Both Kahlúa Chocolate Sips Smooth Chocolate Flavour and White Chocolate Flavour are 16% ABV (Alcohol By Volume). 

Does Kahlúa Chocolate Sips Flavour contain dairy? 

Yes. Dairy is contained in both Kahlúa Chocolate Sips products to give them that creamy and indulgent taste. The Smooth Chocolate flavour contains milk proteins and the White Chocolate flavour is made with real cream.

Do I need to refrigerate the product before it is opened?

No, refrigeration before opening is not required. It can be stored at room temperature, but we recommend it be placed in shaded area away from direct sunlight.

Do I need to refrigerate the product after it is opened?

No, refrigeration after opening is not required. However, we recommend it be stored in a cool, dry place. Unless, of course, you prefer to enjoy your drink extra chilled when serving. Then go for it, by all means!

What does it mean if there is sediment seen in the product over time?

Kahlúa Chocolate Sips Smooth Chocolate Flavour is made with real cocoa and the White Chocolate Flavour is made with real cream for a smooth and creamy indulgent taste. If sediment is seen in the product over time, this no indication to a loss in product quality and is just the natural settling of those decadent and authentic ingredients. No, both Chocolate Sips products are made using real and authentic ingredients, and contain dairy. The Smooth Chocolate flavour contains milk proteins and the White Chocolate flavour is made with real cream and milk proteins. 

In addition, one of our sugar suppliers uses a process that is not considered vegan-friendly. While this is a common practise in the sugar industry, it unfortunately also means we are unable to call Kahlúa Chocolate Sips suitable for a vegan or vegetarian diet..
