A deliciously nutty twist on the classic recipe!

INGREDIENTS

1 part Kahlúa coffee liqueur

1 part Skrewball peanut butter whiskey

1 part vodka (try Absolut!)

1 part espresso

coffee beans (for garnish)

30 ml Kahlúa coffee liqueur

30 ml vodka (try Absolut!)

30 oz Kahlúa coffee liqueur

30 oz Skrewball peanut butter whiskey

30 oz vodka (try Absolut!)

30 oz espresso

coffee beans (for garnish)

HOW TO MAKE

Add the Kahlúa, vodka, espresso and peanut butter whiskey into a shaker with lots of ice.
Shake for 15 – 20 seconds to build up that velvety-smooth foam.
Fine strain (or strain twice) into a martini glass (don’t forget the foam!).
Garnish with the coffee beans for good luck – just like you would with a classic Espresso Martini.

FUN FACT

Some people like to go the extra mile by decorating the rim – dipping it first in sugar syrup, or peanut butter, and then in toasted, smashed peanut pieces (for an added bit of crunch). Just the peanut butter works, too, for a smoother finish. The perfect final touch, if you’re trying to make an impression (oh heeeey, date night!).
