Chili Chocolate Highball

For those with a sweet (and spicy) tooth

  • Ice Cubes
  • 1.5 Parts Kahlúa Chili Chocolate Liqueur
  • 1.5 Parts Dark Rum
  • 3 Parts Ginger Beer
  • 1 Wheel Lime
  • Parts
  • Ml
  • Oz
  1. 1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. 2. Add Kahlúa coffee liqueur and dark rum.
  3. 3. Top with ginger beer and a squeeze of lime.
  4. 4. Garnish with a lime wheel.

It may have the name of a pedigree pooch, but make no mistake; the Chili Chocolate Highball is a glorious mix of many great things.
