Ice Cubes

2.5 parts Kahlúa

1 part Lemon Juice

0.5 parts Simple Syrup

1 part Egg White

1 Wedge Lemon

Ice Cubes

75 ml Kahlúa

30 ml Lemon Juice

15 ml Simple Syrup

30 ml Egg White

1 Wedge Lemon

Ice Cubes

2.5 oz Kahlúa

1 oz Lemon Juice

0.5 oz Simple Syrup

1 oz Egg White

1 Wedge Lemon

Pour the Kahlúa coffee liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white into a shaker.
Shake together for at least 10 seconds.
Add ice to the mix and shake again.
Strain into an old fashioned glass. Or a martini glass, if you’re feeling extra fancy.
Garnish with a lemon wedge.
